We strongly suggest that you print out this one page of instructions
The complete text of the 360 page GOING PUBLIC book is currently available via electronic download. The download process is simple, quick and and inexpensive ($20). We ask that you fill in the attached form with payment method indicated. Then e-mail, fax or call us. We make a conserted effort to reply to you within 48 hours. When payment arrangements are made, you will be given a one-time use PASSWORD that allows you entry into the download site. Follow these simple steps:
STEP ONE
Print out this one page of instructions.
STEP TWO - Choose One
A. = Call us with the information shown on the Fax Form (303-758-8710)
B. = Print out the Fax Form and fax it to us at (303-758-8747)
C. = Order electronically
Click on the Electronic Order button below. Fill out the information and CLICK "ORDER IT!"
STEP THREE
After we have received your payment and delivery information, we will give you the "PASSWORD" and instructions to access the download site.
STEP FOUR - Acess the download site with the infomation we give you.
When you have accessed the online download site (it will take a minute to load), then CLICK -File - and then - Save. Your browser should ask where you want to save the file. We feel it is easiest to save it to your word processing file. The file name will be the same as the PASSWORD or a name you choose. The complete Windows formated text is 835k (MAC users will have to convert from IBM). Download times vary and may take 2 to 4 minutes depending on your connection speed.
STEP FIVE
We suggest that you now go off-line. Open your word processing program. CLICK - File - then - Open - scroll to/highlight the PASSWORD file name- CLICK - Open
The document is supplied in rtf (rich-text-format). Most word processing programs will automatically convert rtf and you should be able to view the full document on screen. A detailed Table of Contents is provided. Note to WordPerfect users: It is suggested that after down load, when WordPerfect requests your hyphenation instructions, that you Click - ignore hyphenation.
